FINN JUHL CHAIR

I produced these drawings to understand the ergonomic and anthropometric to determine the basic structure and dimensions of the chair. We constructed this same chair for the ongoing site. Replication helps you understand the established proportions of the chair.
EXPLORING DIFFERENT OPTIONS OF SOFA
Designing different side rests as per the requirements of the client.
Coming up with tons of options for the clients out of which maximum get rejected and we all come back to the first option. Constant back and forth with carpenters on site and coming to a middle ground of our design and their technicalities. Learnt a lot with these constant negotiations.

SITE VISITS
VISITED SOFA KARKHANA FOR COST ESTIMATION
DRAWINGS MADE ON SITE
It was observed that workers on the site often noted down everything on the walls despite of having the drawings. They said we make it simple for ourselves. The negotiation between the architect and the carpenter were solved mostly by drawing on these walls.
